Information you choose to share
Our public Visa and Studio inquiry forms may ask for your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number and details relevant to your inquiry, such as your goals or requested services. You choose what to submit. You may also share information when you email or contact us directly. Please do not include passport numbers, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive personal information in a general inquiry.
External inquiry forms
NoorPath Network links to Google Forms for public Visa and Studio inquiries. The forms open separately, and submission takes place through Google Forms rather than a NoorPath website backend. The website itself has no custom inquiry-form backend.
Google Forms is a third-party service operated by Google. Google’s applicable privacy practices also govern its platform. NoorPath does not control Google’s infrastructure. You can read Google’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) before choosing to submit information.
Purpose and inquiry routing
We use submitted information to review inquiries, understand requested services, communicate with prospective clients and clarify any proposed service scope. Form responses may be accessed by the people responsible for reviewing and handling the relevant inquiry. For direct email, Visa inquiries go to visa@noorpathnetwork.com, Studio inquiries to studio@noorpathnetwork.com and general inquiries to hello@noorpathnetwork.com.
These addresses are aliases within the same NoorPath Network mailbox. They identify inquiry types rather than separate private inboxes. Email inquiries may be reviewed by the people managing that mailbox. Inquiry information may be shared internally with those handling the relevant request.
Email and other services
NoorPath Network uses Zoho Mail for its business mailbox. When you use an email link, your email app opens and you must send the message before we receive it. Sending an email involves your email provider and our email provider processing the message. If you use a WhatsApp link, your communication is handled through WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies and settings.
The website’s hosting infrastructure may process technical connection information to deliver and secure the site. This policy does not promise a particular provider log-retention period.
Retention and deletion
Submitted form responses and inquiry correspondence may be retained in the services used to handle your request, follow-up communication and related service records. A fixed retention period has not been finalized. You can ask us to review or delete your information; any continuing service, recordkeeping or applicable legal requirements may affect what can be removed.
Cookies and analytics
The current website application does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics, and does not embed Google Forms. Following an external form link takes you to Google’s platform. Hosting, access-control services or third-party destinations may use their own technical cookies or logs. Their handling is governed by the relevant service’s policies.
Your requests and contact
You can ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop inquiry follow-ups by emailing hello@noorpathnetwork.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your own information. We will explain if we cannot fulfil a request in full.
This policy may be updated when the website or its inquiry process changes. Any future change to how inquiries are collected will need an updated explanation of its processing.
